It is our first layer of defense against the outside world. In order to avoid skin disorder, we should take care of our skin just as much as we take care of the other parts of our body. It is necessary to develop healthy skin habits and it is never too late to start taking care of our own skin. But what are the ways to maintain a healthy skin?

1. Minimize exposure to sun

It is essential for us to always drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It does not mean to only drink water but also a cup of green tea for hydration, caffeine, and antioxidants. In addition to drinking enough fluids, keeping your skin moist is essential to skin protection.

3. Clean your skin properly

Using water alone for cleaning your skin is not enough. You should use liquid cleanser with natural ingredient like beeswax instead of just using a soap. This will help out cleaning the oil residue that can clog pores and lead to pimples. Problems like itching, redness, and dryness can be avoided if you clean your skin properly.
